Soccer Ready Participation
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Soccer Ready trials, term programs, school holiday events, clinics and related activities.
1. Registration & Payment
Enrolling in a Soccer Ready program secures your child's place in the selected class, location, day and time.
Program fees are charged per term, event or program, not based on individual attendance.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless Soccer Ready has approved another payment arrangement.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Soccer Ready reserves the right to update pricing, programs, locations and session availability at any time.
2. Free Trial Sessions
Each child is eligible for one free trial session only.
Free trials are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
Soccer Ready reserves the right to refuse additional trial bookings where a child has already attended a free trial.
If you can no longer attend your booked trial, please notify Soccer Ready as soon as possible so the place can be offered to another family.
3. Attendance
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child attends scheduled sessions.
Missed sessions due to illness, holidays, personal reasons or change of mind are not refundable.
Where availability permits, Soccer Ready may offer a make-up session at its discretion. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and cannot be exchanged for a refund or credit.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Once a child has commenced a term or program, completed sessions are non-refundable.
Future sessions may be refunded or credited at Soccer Ready's discretion.
No refund will be provided where a participant simply chooses not to attend.
If Soccer Ready cancels a session and a suitable make-up session cannot be provided, Soccer Ready may offer a credit or refund for that session.
Soccer Ready reserves the right to cancel or combine programs where minimum numbers are not met.
5. Parent & Guardian Responsibilities
A parent or legal guardian must remain present at the venue for the full duration of any free trial session.
Parents and guardians are responsible for their child before and after the scheduled session time.
Children must be checked in with a Soccer Ready coach at the start of the session and collected promptly at the end.
Soccer Ready is not responsible for children outside of scheduled session times.
Parents and guardians must ensure their child behaves respectfully and safely towards coaches, other children, families and venue staff.
6. Health & Medical Information
Parents and guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, behavioural needs or other relevant information that may affect their child's participation.
Parents and guardians must provide any required medication, including asthma inhalers, EpiPens or other medical items, and ensure these are current and available at each session.
Soccer Ready coaches are not medical professionals and do not carry spare asthma medication, EpiPens or other personal medication.
Soccer Ready may refuse participation if required medical information, medication or safety requirements are not provided.
7. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Participation in soccer and physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, slips, trips, strains, sprains, impact injuries and other accidents.
By registering a child for Soccer Ready, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees that:
- the child is voluntarily participating in Soccer Ready activities;
- they understand and accept the risks involved in soccer and physical activity;
- they confirm the child is medically fit to participate;
- they release, indemnify and hold harmless Soccer Ready, its directors, employees, contractors, coaches, volunteers, venue providers and partners from any claim, liability, loss, damage, injury, illness, cost or expense arising from participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.
8. Emergency Medical Treatment
In the event of an accident, injury or medical emergency, Soccer Ready will attempt to contact the parent, guardian or emergency contact provided.
If contact cannot be made, the parent or guardian authorises Soccer Ready staff to seek emergency medical treatment where reasonably necessary.
Any medical, ambulance or related costs remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
9. Behaviour & Removal From Programs
Soccer Ready is committed to providing a safe, positive and respectful environment.
Soccer Ready reserves the right to remove or refuse participation to any child, parent or guardian whose behaviour is unsafe, aggressive, abusive, disruptive or inappropriate.
Refunds will not normally be provided where removal is due to behaviour or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Photography & Promotional Material
Soccer Ready may photograph or record sessions for promotional, training and marketing purposes.
By registering, you consent to your child's image or video being used by Soccer Ready across its website, social media, advertising and promotional material.
If you do not want your child to appear in promotional material, you must notify Soccer Ready in writing before your child's first session.
11. Privacy
Soccer Ready collects personal information to manage bookings, communicate with families, deliver programs and improve its services.
Soccer Ready will not sell personal information to third parties.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.
12. Program Changes
Soccer Ready may make changes to programs when reasonably necessary, including changes to coaches, venues, session times, class structures, age groups or program dates.
Where significant changes occur, Soccer Ready will make reasonable efforts to notify affected families.
13. Acceptance
By completing a trial booking, enrolment or event registration, you confirm that:
- you are the parent or legal guardian of the child being registered;
- the information provided is true and accurate;
- you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions;
- you accept the risks associated with participation;
- you agree to release Soccer Ready from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
